What we do
Hospitality teams do not have time for unnecessary back-and-forth when a shift needs covering. Cater Elite keeps the process direct. Clients tell us what the service requires, and we focus the search on people whose experience, availability and working style fit the brief.
That may mean waiting staff for a large function, bar staff for a busy evening, chefs and kitchen support for back-of-house cover, or housekeeping staff for a hotel operation. Availability changes, so we never promise a role or a worker before it is confirmed.
For candidates, the same principle applies. We ask about real experience, preferred roles, location and availability, then make contact when suitable work is confirmed.
